Your Role 

As a Band 6 RGN Nurse, you will be an integral part of our dedicated care team. You will: 

• Deliver high-quality nursing care: provide tailored care plans for our residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise. 

• Support residents and families: offer emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, creating a reassuring environment. 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. 

• Promote best practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. 

• Experience in dementia and complex care, ideally in a nursing home setting. 

• Strong leadership and communication skills. 

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. 

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
