Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in care homes
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Assess and monitor residents' health status
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Offer guidance and support to junior staff and healthcare assistants
Keep precise and thorough medical records
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Band 6 Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
